Following completion of her degree in criminology and social policy, Adele decided upon a career in estate agency!!! One of our newer members of staff, Adele will help you with all your property requirements and is willing to help your every need. Adele traveled extensively from a young age and lived in several different countries including the USA. In her spare time Adele enjoys socializing and spending times and family.

Andrea is an Associate Partner with considerable experience in all aspects of estate agency and is a residential valuer and a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for producing EPC’s on behalf of the firm for Home Information Packs (HIPS). Andrea is currently working towards her Tech RICS. Andrea’s hobbies are swimming, keep fit and socialising (party animal). 

Looks after our Sleaford lettings department and gives high levels of service to our landlords. In her spare time Chris enjoys spending time with her family and her greyhounds.

David heads our Sleaford residential department and is able to provide an honest appraisal of your residential property. David cares for all properties as if they were his own. In his spare time David’s interests are holidays, family and Indian cooking.

Ed is multi talented and can provide a range of advice regarding your property needs including selling and buying and is also now providing residential valuations, and recently passed his NAEA Technical Award in Estate Agency. His hobbies include Sheffield Wednesday FC, snooker and most sports.

Our front line weekend negotiator, Hayley, is well established at Sleaford and has good local knowledge, an outgoing personality and is extremely helpful with your property requirements. Hayley’s interests are her family and numerous other hobbies.

Residential Partner of the firm, Chartered Surveyor and Estate Agent. Ian is one of the most experienced local chartered surveyors with over 30 year’s local experience and with a wealth of knowledge and is highly respected within the industry. Ian has a wide range of interests outside work including music, theatre, keep fit, marathon running and is a member of many other local organisations. 

Janice fronts our Bradford & Bingley Building Society agency in Sleaford but also assists in many other areas of the business. She is an integral part of the Sleaford office and is well known locally. Janice’s interests include travelling in Europe.

Julia has considerable experience within the property industry, and specializes in residential lettings. Julia will help ascertain the rental value of your property and also explain the services which we can offer. Julia’s interests include her family, cooking & of course shopping.

Sandra works part-time in the residential lettings department. Sandra’s interests are her family, reading, and property renovation at home and abroad.

A highly talented individual, who is working towards her NAEA Technical award and NVQ in Estate Agency. Louise came straight from school and in a short time has matured far beyond her years. Louise will help you with all your residential property requirements and also relocation. Louise’s interests are Radley Handbags and any designer shoes and is well known on Grantham’s party circuit.

Martyn is an Associate Partner of the firm, with a CPEA and Diplomas in Surveying Practices and Domestic Energy Assessor and is working towards his Tech RICS qualification. A well known face around Grantham with good local knowledge and numerous years experience in estate agency. He is dedicated to his family and his hobbies include badminton, running, a member of the National Trust and enjoys visiting historic properties and open countryside. Martyn is a very experienced valuer and is known for his candid opinion of your property which may not always be what you want to hear.

Melissa is a Senior Sales Negotiator at the Sleaford office and is currently studying towards Domestic Energy Assessor qualification. Melissa’s background is in new homes and estate agency and is available to help you with all your property needs. Melissa’s hobbies include travelling, socialising and her family.

Michaela works full time in the residential lettings department. Her last profession was a Nursery Nurse, and she also went to college for a year and studied law, accountancy and psychology. Setting her up for a career in residential lettings! and Michaela’s interests include her family, friends and shopping.

Tracy is studying towards her NAEA Technical award in residential estate agency and is a reliable, conscientious negotiator who will provide sound advice on your property needs. Tracy’s interests are her family and especially her granddaughter.

Rod is our Independent mortgage consultant based at our Grantham office and is also able to service the requirements of our Sleaford office. Rod has many years experience in building society management and will find you the most suitable mortgage based on your needs & preferences. Rod’s hobbies are badminton for which he is a well respected coach and is also a member of the Rotary Club.

Rosje is one of our longest serving members of staff and has a wealth of knowledge in residential lettings and jointly runs our Residential Lettings department in Grantham. Rosje has considerable experience and is well known in the local area. Rosje is a volunteer fundraiser of the local charity GIFTS (Grantham Initiative for Terminal Support) and supports them with their events. Her other interests include her family, foreign travel & rugby.

Maggie is the firm’s longest serving member of staff being the Senior Secretary and works for Mr Short, Mr Brownlow and Mr Bishop. She is a wizard on the keyboard (not musical) and works to a high level of efficiency and professionalism at all times. No task is ever too big or too small and Maggie treats everything with the utmost confidentiality. Maggie enjoys cryptic crosswords, travelling, gardening and is devoted to her grandchildren.

Margaret is the Senior Accounts/Personnel Administrator and is a key member of the firm’s team as she pays everyone’s salary and deals with all the accounts, payroll, personnel, stationery and works most of the time under pressure. Margaret's interests are foreign travel, ten-pin bowling and her family.

Vicky provides the vital administrative support in the agricultural department and is secretary to Geoffrey Bishop

Lucy is Geoffrey’s assistant within the agricultural department and is well known to many of the farmers in and around Grantham and surrounding area. Lucy’s interests are all rural pursuits, horse riding, singing, and making jewellery.

Geoffrey is the Agricultural Partner for the firm and heads the agricultural department. Geoffrey is well known to all the farmers in and around Grantham, and surrounding areas. His interests include horse riding and spending time with his family.

Marie is secretary to Ian Shaw. Marie is responsible for all the Homebuyer, Matrimonial, Valuation and Probate reports which she does to a very high standard. Her outside interests are patchwork craft, gardening and her family

Stephen is the Managing Partner and is responsible for the residential and commercial departments. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Estate Agent and is a member of the Grantham Rotary Club and takes an avid interest in all local activities. Outside of work his hobbies include the countryside, gardening, walking and his family.

Edward is the Partner responsible for the Sleaford office. Edward has many years experience in surveying and estate agency, particularly in Sleaford and surrounding area. He is a well known and respected figure in the area. Edward’s has participated in the London marathon.

Former Senior Partner but now a Consultant to the firm who is semi retired. His interests include, walking, writing books, countryside, and his family. Bob is a well known raconteur and is well known on the after dinner speech circuit.
